It says that the entropy in a closed system always increases. The Earth and the
Sun are in the same system. The nuclear fusion that occurs in the Sun increases
the entropy of the system. The decrease in entropy that happens in Earth is
SMALLER than the increase in the Sun, so the result variation in entropy is
positive. So there's no conflict with the 2nd law of thermodynamics.
Yes, Piffle is in the manga, just later... The skipped worlds will be shown, at
least Sharano/Shurano. They've just changed the order... (there is a 1-episode
anime-exclusive new world though)

Sorry... actually, two 1-episode new worlds, then Sharano/Shurano
1) Why do you believe in god?
2) If god is omniscient, then he knows everything that will happen to us. So why
we have free will? It doesn't matter the choices we make, because he knows what
choices we will make. And if he created us, than he chose what choices we would
make! It doesn't make any sense.
